Who could pass up joining in such a wonderful dream? Lots of people do I guess they are afraid to step out of their comfortable lives to make changes and answer the challenges of living your dreams. Or perhaps they no longer have dreams. I am so incredably thankful that USANA and it's products found me. They have profoundly changed my life and perhaps had a part in saving it.

Friday May the 13 through angioplasty my cardiologist found one of my main heart muscle feeding arterys was 99% blocked. The story of getting to that hospital quickly I have explained in earler posts. Up to that time what saved me from having a heart attack? I have been taking the USANA Essentals product since October of 2002 and Coquinone 30 since December of that year. Did the 42 milligrams of Coenzme Q10 I'v taken daily for 2 1/2 years help my heart muscle ward off a heart attack eventhough it was being starved of blood flow. I don't know but I will ask and report back here what I find out.

Seems odd that Lance is hours away from his last climb to sew up tour number seven, now that after all these years I am spending so much time on a bicycle saddle. I swear there is no connection and I am not doing this because it is a popular thing to do.

It is the ONLY thing to do.

If I started skating again back in Oct of 02 to recapture my youth I started bicycling again in 05 to recapture my LIFE!
